A brief one-hour online course leading to an understanding of the latest requirements of Food Safety System Certification FSSC 22000 version 6

This course focuses on understanding the requirements and structure of FSSC 22000 6 first introduced in 2020, and the changes from the 2018 version of the standard. It covers how to use the requirements specified in the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) standard to continually improve an organization’s food safety performance.

Objective

After completing the course, it is expected that participants will:

  • Understand the new structure of FSSC 22000 version 6
  • Identify the key changes in version 6 of the scheme as compared to the ISO 22000:2018 standard
  • Update their ISO 22000 knowledge to meet the FSSC version 6 requirements
